Nextpuzzles goal is to help the public sector further develop in digitalization. We work primarily with public organizations, but we also use our expertise to help NGOs, international organizations, and private companies.

The nextpuzzle team is a group of competent consultants with years of experience in digitalization of the public sector.
Nextpuzzles team of experienced consultants work with strategy, governance, management and IT implementation within the field of digitalization. We have worked for the public sector, commercial organizations, and non-governmental organizations. We have years of experience in digitization of the public sector in terms of assisting governments, public institutions and other authorities responsible for digitizing the public sector in Denmark.
Denmark is the highest ranking country regarding digitization of the public sector according to the ranking among the 193 United Nation member states in 2018, 2020 and again in 2022 (IMD World Digital Competitiveness Ranking). The Danish government is a world leader in public e-government and nextpuzzle is already sharing the Danish experience with other countries.
We have also used our thorough expertise to help international clients. We have worked with EU projects, World Bank projects and Nordic projects. Nextpuzzle offers counselling for public authorities to enable economic as well as quality gains from their respective digitization.
We are experts in public digitization, and we know that successful digital transformation requires more than supplying excellent IT and infrastructure. Elements such as coherent implementation, strategy and governance to embed the digital transformation sustainably within the public sector are essential for success. Digital transition is not only about dealing with IT itself - it requires change management to create recognizable solutions for the citizens and focused leadership to ensure benefit realization.
We also believe that digitalization should be inclusive, which is why we have specialized in working with digital inclusion. We advise on the activities necessary to ensure that all citizens, including the most disadvantaged and vulnerable groups, have access to and the ability to use IT.
